Weekly on Tuesdays, intermediate 11:30-12:30pm, beginners1-2pm, advanced 2-3 pm Ongoing class - join anytime. Tai Chi for Balance focuses on strategies to use everyday for those struggling with balance issues.  Strengthening your inner core and learning techniques to keep your balance at any time in any situation. Class sessions run continuously, 8 weeks for $40 per session.  You can try out the first class to see if its right for you and if not, then there is no fee.  Join anytime.  You can call Lisa directly at 502/533-8208 for more information.

Join HCM this Summer for free, self-guided tours in historically and architecturally prominent church buildings in the Highlands.  Four of HCM's supporting Member Congregations will host these open hours from 2-4 pm on two Sunday afternoons in July. 8 Weeks Sept. 18 - Nov. 6, 2024 Weekly on Wednesdays from 7 to 8 pm $40 We are opening a beginning Tai Chi class in the Traditional Yang Family Style 16 posture form.  This will be for 8 weeks every Wednesday from 7 to 8 pm at Highland's Community Center.  We start on September 18 and the last class is November 6.  The cost for the 8 weeks is $40 unless you have attended before and then it is free if there is enough space.  After completing the 8 week course you can join the on-going class from 6...
