Weekly on Tuesdays, intermediate 11:30-12:30pm, beginners1-2pm, advanced 2-3 pm Ongoing class - join anytime. Tai Chi for Balance focuses on strategies to use everyday for those struggling with balance issues. Â Strengthening your inner core and learning techniques to keep your balance at any time in any situation. Class sessions run continuously, 8 weeks for $40 per session.
