Tai Chi for Balance focuses on strategies to use everyday for those struggling with balance issues. Â Strengthening your inner core and learning techniques to keep your balance at any time in any situation. Class sessions run continuously, 8 weeks for $40 per session. The camps are targeted for kids rising into grades 3 – 8. 1st Camp: June 12-16, 2023 2nd Camp: July 10-14, 2023 Both camps held 9am-4pm at Highland Presbyterian Church, 1011 Cherokee Rd. Join HCM this Summer for free, open house and guided tours of Stained Glass Windows in beautiful church buildings in the Highlands of some of our supporting Member Congregations.
