Beginning Tai Chi Classes
Beginner Tai Chi – Yang Style 16 Posture Form

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition practiced today as a graceful form of exercise. Through a series of slow, focused movements and deep breathing techniques, Tai Chi can improve balance, flexibility, and mental clarity.
This 8-week session will focus on the Yang Style 16 Posture Form — perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build a strong foundation.
Cost: $40 for the full 8-week series

After completing the Beginner Series, participants are welcome to join our free ongoing Tai Chi classes held throughout the week:
Tuesday mornings (10AM)
Wednesday evenings (6PM)
These ongoing classes are open to all graduates of the beginner program and provide a wonderful way to continue practicing and deepening your skills at no additional cost.
